Content Rights Policy

Businesses retain ownership of the logos, photos and copy they upload, and grant OppBee and joined creators a non-exclusive licence to display and use those assets solely to operate and promote the Opp for its duration.

Creators retain ownership of the original content they create (photos, videos, text). By submitting content to an Opp, the creator grants the business a licence to use it in connection with that Opp; broader usage rights (for example, ongoing advertising use) must be explicitly stated in the Opp's content requirements before joining.

Approved content that earned an approved-content reward carries the licence stated in the Opp; the reward is consideration for that licence.

Both businesses and creators grant OppBee a licence to host, display and reasonably feature Opp content on the Platform, including in marketplace listings and previews.

Everyone who uploads content warrants they hold the necessary rights, including music, trademarks and identifiable persons' consents. Content infringing intellectual-property rights will be removed on notice; repeat infringers lose access.

To report infringement, use the contact form with the category "Other" and include the content location, your rights claim and your contact details.

Where creators' content is used, businesses must not misattribute authorship. Any waiver of moral rights must be explicit in the Opp terms and is never presumed.
